We celebrated at "Flor de Jalisco." I had one al pastor, and Pete had lengua. Who knew that when we stopped for lunch we were part of a greater celebration?
any way you choose would be good, que no? and even better with some NM red or green! but then again...as i keep saying, we nuevomexicanos are not as much a taco people as the otras mexicanos. but they are still oh so yummy. speaking of which, i need to find the good taquerÃa near my apartment...

Flour and beef. But tacos al pastor are my favorite.
